If there were concerns, if there were challenges, our FORMA team met with families, walked to their houses, helped support them. I can't thank FORMA Construction enough.

Wallace & Lexington Elementary Schools
FORMA recently led the GC/CM team that completed two new elementary schools under a single bundled contract. Although the original bond program called for three new elementary schools, market conditions resulted in severe budget shortfalls, so our team worked with the District to redesign Lexington Elementary into a flexible three-story facility to accommodate replacement of two schools within one new campus–maximizing available dollars to deliver on bond promises.
The new Wallace Elementary is a two-story, 58,000 sf school, built adjacent to the original, occupied campus on a constrained site–a new and improved version of the neighborhood school that’s been an important part of the community for over 100 years.
