Built for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, this new 3-story, 63,000 sf medical office building, walk-in clinic, and state of the art surgery center is one of the largest and most comprehensive Orthopaedic centers in the Pacific Northwest.
The new $16M building includes a surgery suite, a 35,000 sf clinic, physical therapy center, imaging center, lobby and reception area–in addition to offices, break areas, and locker room facilities for staff. The surgery suite includes four operating rooms and two procedure rooms, as well as pre and post-OP facilities, lab space, nurses’ stations, and X-ray equipment. The second floor houses more than 50 exam rooms; an open physical therapy area; and imaging center, which boasts three MRI machines–each weighing more than 12,000 lbs–and an X-ray suite.
