Gene Schermer Instructional Building, Grays Harbor College

FORMA completed construction of this new $33M STEM facility at Grays Harbor College.

Named in honor of longtime GHC Chemistry Professor Dr Gene Schermer, the new five story, cast in place concrete building houses the school’s Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Nursing departments.

More than 70,000 sf and targeting LEED Gold certification, the new building features laboratories, art studios, classrooms, meeting spaces, and computer labs.
