AHS PH1: Rice Field Athletic Complex
Phase I of our GC/CM contract to modernize & replace Anacortes High School campus involved construction of a state of the art athletics complex and Veterans Memorial Plaza.
The new Rice Field / Seahawk Stadium boasts a turf surface and regulation track, delineated for multiple sports and field events; ticketing, concessions, restrooms, broadcast booth, and covered grandstands–all accessed via the Veterans Memorial Plaza–a stunning new monument and pavilion dedicated to those who have served in the country’s conflicts.
