FORMA

We’re pleased to announce that FORMA’s been working with Intercity Transit on the expansion of their Pattison campus in Olympia  

Selected as GC/CM last Fall, our team has been hard at work in Preconstruction–refining the design, analyzing budgets, and building bid manuals as we prepare for next steps. 

Identified in the agency’s 2018 master plan, our work will involve construction of a new three story Administration & Operations Building, as well as a new Fuel & Wash Facility, renovations to the original maintenance building, and all associated site work–with Fall of 2022 targeted for completion.
