FORMA is pleased to be working with Federal Way Public Schools and Bassetti Architects on the new Illahee Middle School

We’re excited to announce that our GC/CM team is kicking off construction of the new 100,000 sf Illahee Middle School with a Groundbreaking celebration on Thursday June 15th at 3:30 PM, and you’re invited!

This beautiful new two-story school for 800 scholars in the sixth through eighth grades will feature a grand central staircase, learning resource center, a flexible commons and performance area, outdoor learning space, classrooms, labs, and offices–all wrapped around a lushly landscaped learning courtyard full of tall on site trees that will be preserved during construction.
