ICF at the MOA
Our IT Pattison team has been expanding Intercity Transit’s Maintenance Administration and Operations Base. Here’s how it’s been going
We marked a major milestone last week as we placed 180 LF of concrete for our first lift of the Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) system at the new Fuel Wash Facility–one of two major new buildings we’re erecting on IT’s Pattison campus to better support the significant growth in local transit service since the original campus was built in 1985.
Many more pours to come as we continue to form the exterior and interior walls of the facility; while on the other side of the site, we are completing dry-in on the Administration building, followed by next month’s elevator install.
For more information on this multi-year, multi-phased project head over to IT’s site for project milestones and renderings. And to watch it all come together as we build, follow along via Instagram.
