#WeAreKelso

This feels like a winning team and a great place to build

We’re a little bit in love with our FORMA + Kelso School District + Integrus Architecture collaboration that began in 2019 with the award of two new elementary schools under a GC/CM collaboration.

With the 58,000 SF Wallace Elementary and 3 story, 110,000 SF Lexington Elementary both now complete and ready to open to students this fall, we are delighted to announce that FORMA will be keeping the band together a little longer to modernize the District’s Huntington Middle School.

Originally built in 1951, HMS has seen several iterations of additions and renovations over the years. FORMA’s work will expand the main building to the north to house a new auxiliary gym and new main entry; as well as provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, seismic, and architectural improvements throughout.

We’re already getting started and preparing to break ground this month, with substantial completion scheduled for next August, no time to dilly-dally!
