The first of two new campuses we’re building for Yelm Community Schools via a GC/CM contract awarded last summer, the new Yelm Middle School is on budget and ahead of schedule. 

Targeting completion next summer–the 100,000 sf, wood-framed school will serve 700+ students and will be themed around the Nisqually Indian Tribe’s native history–with stunning views on Mount Rainier from the 2nd level.
