JOC Crews Complete work at Howarth Park Bridge  

It’s been a long & winding road to complete major resurfacing and structural rehabilitation scopes on Howarth Park Bridge, an Everett landmark and the only access route for locals to reach Howarth Park Beach. Spanning active rail lines, the aging bridge required significant work on its deteriorating steel joists and some critical safety upgrades. FORMA’s City of Everett JOC team tackled these scopes and coordinated with the City and BNSF Inspectors to sign off on our work and officially open the bridge back up for visitors, just in time for the Labor Day weekend.
