The new Cebula Hall at Saint Martin’s University houses state of the art Engineering facilities and boasts a LEED Platinum certification, scoring 97 out of 110 possible points.

The award-winning, new 3 story facility houses the University’s Engineering department and offers innovative classroom and laboratory spaces to support cross-discipline, collaborative, and community learning. A showcase for the application of engineering science, the new building was delivered for just $225/sf.
