FORMA breaks ground on an exciting new Olympia school

FORMA recently broke ground on the new Olympia Regional Learning Academy, a K12 campus for the Olympia School District that will provide forward-looking education services in sustainable, state of the art facilities.

Designed to achieve Net Zero energy use, the new school will be approximately 66,000 sf sited on 8.59 acres on Boulevard Road. Our teams are hard at work now with the foundation work and footings–drilling geo-termal wells on the north end of the site, and building storm water detention systems and installing utilities on the south end of the site.

A GC/CM project, FORMA has worked closely with the District and design team from initial phases to control costs, maximize the design, and ensure the on-time delivery of this exciting new school.
