    Bridget Fieldstad

Creative powerhouse and expert roller-skater Bridget Fieldstad hails from the City of Roses, where she grew up with a large and lively extended family, picked up her twin loves of music and festive holiday décor, and dreamed of becoming a hat designer in NY. With experience working as a graphic designer, Director of Marketing for a Washington-based credit union, an independent social media contractor, and a PM for a design firm in Eugene — Bridget found her way to FORMA post-COVID. Now a Project Administrator in our Job Order Contracting division, Bridget expertly juggles a myriad of critical details for 10+ fast-moving, wide-ranging contracts at once — building relationships, ensuring compliance, and radiating positivity. An artist and creator foremost (who once traveled to India to learn the art of wood block printing), Bridget pairs photos from her travels with funny things her friends say to create one-of-a-kind, saucy and inspiring greeting cards — for sale in her Etsy shop, The Glorious Jam.

    Jesse Favia

“Sometimes being a mapping geologist is just trying to not get shot at.” The fascinating story of Licensed Geologist, red-head, father, skier, rock climber, ultra-runner, cyclocross-er, culinarian, and almost-architect — Jesse Favia — began about an hour north of Manhattan and has played out around the world; from the Gobi Desert in Mongolia and Northwest Queensland in Australia, where he was based as an exploration geologist and part of the team that discovered the highest grade molybdenum mine in the world; to the Port Ludlow and Hansville area, where he spent a year making Geological maps for the Department of Natural Resources. With a BA in History from Tulane University and a BS in Geology from the University of Hawaii, as well as a Masters in Earth and Space Sciences — obviously with a focus on Fluvial Geomorphology — Jesse’s attention to detail and organizational skills are just a small part of what makes him such an asset to his project teams at FORMA.
