  • Employee Spotlight

    Kelsey French

A resourceful cook, enthusiastic painter, and mother of two who once supermanned off her quad as it went over a 15-foot drop at the sand dunes, Project Engineer Kelsey French played year-round competitive softball until the day she left for WSU, trading in her mitt for a Construction Management degree. Personable, tenacious, and detail-oriented, Kelsey brings a problem-solving mindset to her work on site, and as a Tumwater native and the daughter of two longtime teachers, she especially enjoys building schools in our region and connecting with the staff who will use them.

    Mike Rogers

A redhead who grew up in an Irish Catholic family with 4 sisters and 2 brothers, Senior PM Mike Rogers comes from Rochester, NY where two career aptitude tests — four years apart — both foretold he’d become a Merchant Marine. Instead, strong math scores and a distaste for cubicles led him into Engineering and, eventually into construction here at FORMA. Outside the job office, Mike enjoys racquetball, skiing, building in his wood shop, and a little hiking — he’s climbed all of Washington’s volcanoes, tackled Liberty Ridge on Rainier, and submitted Mount Shuksan. He sums up his climbing career with a sentiment equally applicable to construction: “Good judgement comes from experience, and experience comes from bad judgement.”
