“That’s what we’re wanting to do, is to have our own local community benefit from our construction projects.” – FWPS Superintendent Dr Tammy Campbell

FORMA is transforming the old DeVry complex into a mega-interim campus in just 7 months to house K-5 students while multiple Federal Way schools are under construction–and we’re pulling from the local community to do it.

Today’s article in the Federal Way Mirror features our lightning fast transformation of the existing DeVry building into an interim campus to house nearly 1,000 K-5 Federal Way students while multiple schools in the District are replaced and demolished over the next few years.

A major undertaking on an extremely tight timeline, our work on the 92,000 sf, 2 story building involves reconfigurations to create 45 classrooms, two libraries, kitchen & cafeteria facilities, and two large activity spaces–all on track to be substantially complete in just seven months.
