We are on schedule and under budget in Yelm, with more to build even after the Middle School is complete.

The Nisqually Valley News was on hand for a recent progress tour we led through the Yelm Middle School site, and they posted this nice article about what we’ve been up to out there.

Working safely and methodically–prefabricating wall panels, pouring foundations, and knocking out framing on the 1st and 2nd story–we’re making excellent progress–on track to reach substantial completion about this time next year.

When YMS students and staff move into their new building next fall, Southworth Elementary School will take over the original YMS facilities, so that we can tear down the old elementary school and build them a new one.
