FORMA’s work on the new offices for Small to Tall Pediatric Dentistry is nearly complete and showcases the quality of local trades.  

The new 6,000 sf wood framed Pediatric Dental Clinic was designed and built almost exclusively by Thurston County professionals and is set to open later this month.
