With major Maintenance and Operations facilities complete and occupied on the North Parcel at Intercity Transit’s Pattison campus in Olympia – it’s time to jump right into work on the South Parcel

The FORMA + Stantec GC/CM team recently celebrated the grand opening of Intercity Transit’s new three-story, 50,000 sf Administration Building and a new 25,000 sf Fuel & Wash Facility to support the significant growth in IT’s services.

Completed on time and on budget, this three-year, multi-phase effort was executed on a fully occupied site that involved liquefied soils and active transit operations from start to finish. Now with that contract complete, we’re set to begin renovations, demo, new construction, and significant site work and utility upgrades on the other half of the occupied campus–culminating in a completely refreshed, state of the art transit campus by the Fall of 2025.
