BHS Students get a preview of plans for upcoming construction on campus.

Back in August FORMA was selected as GC/CM to lead the 100 Building Replacement & Modernization project at Bainbridge High School. Since that time we’ve been hard at work in Preconstruction–developing the design with our friends at Mahlum, planning construction logistics, and assessing value engineering options to maximize the project within its available budget.

Today at lunch BHS students had the opportunity to review our schematic designs and speak with project representatives about what’s in store for the new Building 100 and Performing Arts Center. For the rest of us, Mahlum’s posted an excellent synopsis of the project to date. Thank you BISD, Mahlum, and Bainbridge Island voters, we can’t wait to break ground!
