Sound Transit Maintenance of Way
FORMA partnered with TCF on this design-build contract to deliver a multi-building facility supporting Sound Transit Light Rail and King County Sheriff operations with two floors of office space and state of the art high bay vehicle maintenance facilities.
Sited on Sound Transit’s OMF campus fronting Airport Way S in Sodo, our occupied construction site was surrounded by an active rail yard, adding an extra layer of complexity to our logistics planning and daily operations.
