North Thurston HS Addition & Modernization

In addition to construction of the new 42,000 sf Health & Fitness complex, FORMA completed demolition, modernization, expansion, and site work in five complex phases in multiple locations of this fully occupied high school campus. With the safety of school staff and the 1,500 students as our top priority, we clearly delineated construction zones, prepared detailed work plans in collaboration with on site stakeholders, and maintained a section in our meeting minutes so the District’s rep could easily keep occupants aware of progress and abreast of upcoming changes that may impact them.
