Midway Elementary School
This public project involved the construction of a new elementary school and demolition of the existing campus–all in a short 14 month contract duration, on a logistically challenging site. Delivered on schedule, the new 75,000 sf school includes classrooms, administrative areas, a large gymnasium and multi-purpose space, an outdoor covered play space, and baseball and play fields.
Midway Elementary School was built in accordance with Washington Sustainable School Protocol (WSSP), which was created by Washington State to emulate USGBC’s LEED standards and energy-saving strategies for public school buildings.
