Despite all the challenges posed by COVID 19 and the resulting supply chain constraints and labor shortages, this team was able to keep the project on track and within budget. Moreover, they successfully maintained ongoing transit operations with minimal disruption throughout construction.

IT Pattison Occupied Campus Expansion
Sited within one foot of the property line fronting a busy Olympia thoroughfare on an active transit campus–Intercity Transit’s new three-story, 50,000 sf Administrative/ Operations Building and 25,000 sf Fuel & Wash Facility were recently completed on time and under budget–a three-year, multi-phase effort built in the midst of the volatile COVID 19 pandemic.
With that contract now complete and IT moved into their new spaces, our team is already at work on Phase II of this work, the South Parcel Remodel. Renovations, demo, new construction, significant site work, and utility upgrades are underway on the other half of the occupied campus–culminating in a completely refreshed, state of the art transit campus by the spring of 2026. Stay tuned!
