We’ve hitched our wagon to the cape of this little-known crusader to support Food Lifeline in its battle with Hunger. And we need your help!
FORMA Construction is proud to be participating in Food Lifeline’s Food Frenzy – a friendly competition between local businesses to raise funds, collect food, and volunteer with Food Lifeline, all while raising awareness of hunger in our neighborhoods. Drawing together more than 10,000 individuals and 80 organizations in the Puget Sound, this is one of Food Lifeline’s largest fundraising events, focused on getting food-insecure kids through the summer, when school meals can be less readily available.
To help, we’re rolling out garishly decorated donation boxes in each of FORMA’s offices and on our job sites throughout the region, where we’ll be accepting non-perishable food donations (check out this link for a list of what’s most needed and some important reminders), from July 18th – August 1st.
Rather not cart around sacks full of cumbersome cans? Me neither. With you and I in mind, FORMA is also set up to receive effortless cash donations via our Team’s online Mightycause page. So there you have it: several secure and fulfilling ways to help FORMA fight hunger in our region.
