With AHS students returning for classes on September 6th to a stunning new high school building, the bulk of our major, multi-phased, multi-year effort remaking the $90M Anacortes High School campus will be largely complete. We’re still on site through the end of the year managing site work and demolition of the existing school and building/renovating a few more critical pieces, but this back to school season is a major milestone.
Buzz surrounding the new school has been growing as students, staff, and community members ramp up for Day 1. KOMO News recently put this segment together – pretty cool to be featured on the news.
