Distinguished Project Alert
We are proud to announce that our first phase of work on Intercity Transit’s Pattison Campus is officially award-winning
FORMA’s GC/CM project team representatives from the Department of Enterprise Services, Intercity Transit, and Stantec recently accepted a 2023 Distinguished Project Award from the Northwest Construction Consumer Council. Named the best of the best in the Public Projects over $10MM category, our expansion of the north end of IT’s occupied Olympia transit base involved the construction of a new three-story, 50,000 sf Administrative building and a new 25,000 sf Fuel & Wash Facility, as well as extensive site work in order to better support IT’s growing operations and fleet of 400+ busses.
Completed on time and on budget, this three-year, multi-phase effort was executed on a fully occupied site that involved liquefied soils and active transit operations from start to finish. For more on the project and last year’s grand opening celebration, check out this article in The Olympian, or head over to IT’s site for project milestones and renderings.
Congratulations team!
