I was extremely impressed by the careful attention and thought FORMA put into working around students and staff on our occupied site.

Bainbridge HS Occupied Addition & Modernization
FORMA recently led the GC/CM team that renovated spaces in two existing buildings and constructed a third, new Fine Arts and gathering facility on the occupied Bainbridge High School Campus.
The multi-phase program involved significant TESC and sub-surface challenges, as well as the complexities of sequencing major facility demolition and renovation scopes in and around a fully occupied campus–maintaining strictly delineated construction zones and coordinating cutovers & shutdowns for off-hours to mitigate impacts to ongoing campus activities.
The new 36,500 sf 100 Building features labs and workshops for CTE, music, culinary, and arts instruction–as well as light-filled commons areas for dining, collaboration, and display of student art.
Major renovations in the 200 Building nearby have yielded state of the art performance facilities–complete with a 350 seat theater, a new sound booth and scene shop, and a small black box theater that doubles as classroom space.
