Fords Prairie & Jefferson Lincoln Elementary Schools
Completed on schedule and under budget–the new Fords Prairie and Jefferson Lincoln Elementary Schools were planned and built by two FORMA field teams under the leadership of a single GC/CM collaboration with the Centralia School District.
Both built directly adjacent to their original, occupied schools on sites surrounded by established neighborhoods, strategic phasing and expert logistics planning were necessary to limit our impact on surrounding operations and ensure the safety of students, staff, and the public. The new two-story, wood-framed schools utilize roughly the same 51,000 sf floor plan, which allowed our team to leverage economies of scale and share resources, personnel, and lessons learned from site to site.
