Fire Station No.20 is an award-winning 9,500 sf facility in Seattle’s industrial Interbay neighborhood and the most sustainable fire station in the country.
Certified LEED Platinum with 98 points awarded, the fire station was designed to serve as a model of innovative sustainable design and includes a building energy management system, rooftop photovoltaic arrays, and geothermal well field, as well as efficiency-focused MEP systems, fixtures and finishes.
