We’ve been building out the iconic UW Tower under a phased design-build contract. And we’ve enjoyed every minute of it.

We got up extra early this morning to greet UW IT personnel arriving for work for the first time in the brand new offices that we’ve just built-out via Phase II of a collaborative design-build contract with the University of Washington.

With the award-winning Phase I already in the books (on another floor, for another department), the pressure was on to deliver the right amount of vim and vigor to these 34,500 sf on the third floor for UW IT.
