FORMA joined GC/CM team members from the Anacortes School District and Hutteball & Oremus Architecture to break ground on Phase I of a major $60M+ project to replace Anacortes High School.

 

Work begins with the complete renovation of Rice Field. Plans include a new stadium to seat 1500 and synthetic turf football field, as well as installations for track and field events such as pole vault and discuss; and new ticketing, concessions, and restroom facilities. A new Veterans’ memorial plaza will honor Americans who served in wars from 1775 to present day–including AHS alumni, two of whom have been awarded the Medal of Honor.
