Seattle Fire Station No.28
FORMA completed this new LEED Gold certified fire station for the City of Seattle on budget and ahead of schedule despite access and security challenges, and the constraints of a tight, occupied site on a major urban arterial.
The new station houses living quarters; kitchen, dining, and laundry facilities; exercise and recreation areas; in addition to truck bays, storage and specialty emergency response spaces.
